This trail is a gentle cycle to the oldest inhabited castle in the world, and the Queen's favourite! Along you the way you will pass the Tudor mansion of Dorney Court, the Olympic rowing lake, the charming High Street of Eton, Eton College and the many sights of historic Windsor.

This trail is a gentle cycle to the oldest inhabited castle in the world, and the Queen's favourite! Along you the way you will pass the Tudor mansion of Dorney Court, the Olympic rowing lake, the charming High Street of Eton, Eton College and the many sights of historic Windsor.

The trail starts at Taplow Railway Station and follows the River Thames for most of the way. The flat and mostly traffic-free route offers a leisurely ride with amazing views of Windsor Castle. The highlights include:
