Guildford to Farnham via Puttenham

This linear trail follows the national cycle route number 22 between Guildford and Farnham along mostly quiet roads and bridleways to the south of the Hog's Back ridge. It includes a visit to the pretty villages of Compton, Puttenham and Searle. Guildford and Farnham are connected by a rail service (change trains at Aldershot) providing a convenient way to return to your start.

Your cycle ride can be extended by a further 7 miles by following the Rowledge and Alice Holt trail from Farnham railway station to Bentley and then returning to Farnham or Guildford by train.
