This trail is the longest of three circular cycle rides produced by Oxfordshire County Council. The rides take in the quiet leafy tracks and great views of the Chiltern Hills around the villages of Hailey, Little Stoke, North Stoke, Mongewell, Stoke Row, Ipsden and Checkendon.
The routes mostly follow bridleways, with some use of country lanes. They are part of our promoted route portfolio, which means that we survey them annually to keep the maps and directions up to date and to pick up any hazards. The routes are signed with circular waymark discs.
This trail has been provided by Oxfordshire County Council Countryside Service. To print the trail leaflet that the council has produced please click here. For an information and points of interest sheet please click here.
Assuming a constant pace and no stops, typically it will take 2 hours 9 minutes to cycle the distance and along the way 913 calories will be burnt.
