A relatively easy ride around the woods of Alice Holt. Good quality gravel forest tracks make this an ideal family trail but watch out for a couple of steep inclines.
Alice Holt is a great place for cycling. The traffic free, good quality tracks allow you to explore the hidden corners of the forest. This family cycle trail is ideal for introducing youngsters to the fun and skills of cycling. The route is well signposted in both directions. There are plenty of other activities for the whole family at Alice Holt, pick up a leaflet at the Visitor Centre.
Alice Holt is 4 miles south of Farnham, follow the A325 and turn left at the Halfway House pub. The nearest railway stations are at Bentley and Farnham. There is a bus service between Aldershot and Haslemere, picking up at Farnham and stopping at the Halfway House pub in Bucks Horn Oak. From there it is a short walk to the Visitor Centre.
