The New Forest, one of our most ancient forests, is a complicated mosaic of woodland, water, bog, wetland, scrub and open heath. This trail, starting from the small village of Fritham, is a wander through one of the prettiest parts of the New Forest.
Assuming a constant pace and no stops, typically it will take 1 hour 50 minutes to walk the distance and along the way 490 calories will be burnt.
