Worth Way is a route from Three Bridges to East Grinstead. Officially opened on the 10th July 1979, it forms a valuable wildlife corridor and shared-use route for cyclists, pedestrians and horse-riders. For much of its length the trail follows the railway line, which ran from East Grinstead to Three Bridges.
Assuming a constant pace and no stops, typically it will take 53 minutes to cycle the distance and along the way 375 calories will be burnt.
