Our services are operated by Walk and Cycle Britain Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Company) trading as Walk and Cycle, Classic Trails, Extreme MTB and Fly and Cycle. Whether the services are arranged directly with the Company or one of its appointed agents your contract is with the Company. The Company agrees to provide the services on the terms set out for any bookings that are accepted by us - accepted meaning that we have confirmed by email that a booking has been made. These conditions of use do not affect your statuary rights as a consumer. However, you are advised to read them before you place an order, as they apply to the sale of all goods and services supplied by the Company. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and both parties hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. These terms and conditions are otherwise subject to change at any time.
All trails, maps, descriptions and trail data are provided in good faith, but must be regarded as approximate. We can make no guarantee as to their accuracy. The descriptions assume excellent weather conditions; many of the trails become much more difficult in winter.
All persons should carry a detailed map and compass and know how to use them. It is your responsibility to ensure that the trail and weather conditions are within the capabilities of you and all other members of your group. We accept no liability for any accidents or injuries due to errors on this site.
We make no representation or warranty of any kind (express, implied or statutory) in relation to routes, GPS files, maps or route descriptions. We exclude (to the extent permitted by applicable law) all such warranties. The routes are provided for general information only, any advice or information given should not be relied upon as being correct or accurate. It is your obligation to verify independently such matters from primary sources of information and by taking specific professional advice. You must not rely on the content to do this for you. To the extent permitted by law, we excludes all liability in contract, tort (including negligence) breach of statutory duty or otherwise for any costs, losses, claims, damages, expenses or proceedings (including special, incidental or consequential loss or damage, loss of profits and wasted management time) incurred or suffered by you arising directly or indirectly in connection with this website and its content including any loss, damage or expense arising from, but not limited to, any defect, error, imperfection, fault, mistake or inaccuracy with our website, route files, or other content or associated services or due to any unavailability of part or all of the website or any content or associated services.

By entering a challenge you are agreeing to abide by all terms of this website.
Entries for challenges are non-transferable to a different challenge. Participation in a challenge is personal to you; you are strictly prohibited from swapping, selling or transferring or offering to sell, swap or transfer the place in the challenge.
For participants under 18 years old, you certify that you are the parent/guardian of the entrant under 18 years and give consent to them to participate. You accept the terms on behalf of the entrant and declare them capable of completing the challenge.
Challenge entry closure is determined and announced when the challenge reaches the stated capacity or start date. This will be stated on the website sign up-page of the challenge.
Challenge entry fees are non-refundable, can not be deferred towards a future challenge, can not be transferred from one challenge to another. You do not have a right to change your mind since the challenge entry fee is charged in return for our entering you into the challenge. Your entry is completed as soon as you have completed the sign-up process.
Participation is at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that you have undertaken any necessary preparation to enter and participate in any challenge. Entry and participation in challenges are at your own risk. We recommend that you seek medical advice before entering a challenge.
Entrants indemnify us, sponsors, volunteers, and employees involved in this event directly or indirectly against all liability for any and all injury, loss or damage connected with the entrant's participation.
You will be treated as having completed the challenge when you submit the required evidence of your completion of the challenge to us by the date specified in communications from us. Examples of the required evidence will be stated. Any question as to whether sufficient evidence is provided will be determined solely at our discretion.
We will send a challenge medal to each participant who provides the required evidence of completion in accordance with the above. A medal will be sent by post within a reasonable time after completion of the challenge to the address provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that your address and any other details are correct and we will not be responsible or liable to you if these details are incorrect. If we do not receive your evidence, you will not receive a medal.
